How long can I use the free plan? 

Our Free plan is our most basic plan and is free forever. You can use it as long as you’d like. 

Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time? 

Yes. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan via your settings / manage my plan within the platform. All cancellations and downgrades will take place at the end of your plan cycle, while upgrades will take place immediately.

Do you have any plans for large team sizes?

Yes, we do. Our Enterprise plan is a custom plan for larger Sales teams. Please contact our sales team to get your custom plan. 

Does Kanlet integrate with my existing tools? 

Kanlet integrates with your favorite CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) and Sales Engagement platform (Outreach, Salesloft, Gong). We pride ourselves on having built very robust but simple integrations with all those platforms. You can learn more about our integrations on our Integrations page.

I want to use Kanlet for enrichment. How can I do that?

A lot of our customers use Kanlet for the enrichment of contacts and accounts in their CRM. With our Enterprise plan, you get access to our One-Click update feature, which enables sellers to update existing records in Salesforce, Outreach, or Salesloft as they capture. In addition, we have a Salesforce enrichment product called Refresh. This add-on is priced based on the number of records to be enriched. Contact our Sales team for more information. It starts at $5,000 for up to 50,000 records.

What is the difference between various types of credits? 

We have two types of credits: standard and premium.

Standard credits are what unlock emails and work phones for prospects. When you hit capture on a prospect, you’ll be charged one standard credit. 

Premium credits are what unlock mobile phone credits. Once a mobile phone has been captured and/or unblocked, you’ll be charged a premium credit. 

Do credits expire roll over to the next month?

No, like most data providers, Kanlet’s credits are used or lose it each month.

What size of a sales team is Kanlet suitable for? 

Kanlet works for any size of team or even just individual users. We have teams of 2 or teams of over 100 SDRs and AEs using us. If you want a custom plan for your team, please contact us.

What if I exceed my plan's credit limits? 

Each plan has a limit of standard and premium credits. If you hit your credit limits, it is easy to upgrade your plan to a higher tier and get more credits. Or contact our sales team for a custom plan with custom credits.

What is the difference between monthly and annual plans? 

Monthly plans are charged and renewed every month. Annual plans are paid in full for one year at the beginning of the contract and renewed every 12 months.

Yes, we do offer custom pricing under the Enterprise plan. Our Enterprise plan is an annual plan. Please contact our sales team to get your customized quote.
